The Tao Te Ching is the most popular book outside the Bible, with over translations into English alone. Yet it is completely naturalistic. It does not talk about gods, revelations, and miracles, but about harmonizing with the flow of nature. The Tao, explains Robert C. Solomon (, 41), “has much in common with what we are calling naturalized spirituality.”.   This translation of the Tao Te Ching is godawful. The translator is too literal in his interpretation. While a literal translation may be beneficial in other works, the Tao Te Ching is filled with a myriad of metaphors, imagery, and symbols that are not supposed to be literal. In fact, this translation is disrespectful to Laozi.

El "Tao Te Ching" (Tao Te King) es un clásico de la espiritualidad universal dedicado al arte de vivir en armonía con nosotros mismos y nuestro ambiente.
