    From a religious perspective, it is the weakness of human nature that ensures that God has to establish and anchor moral rules. In truth, morality, like God, is a human creation. Even believers have to decide which of the values found in the Torah or the Bible or the Quran they accept, and which they reject. The Nicomachean Ethics, Aristotle's most important study of personal morality and the ends of human life, has for many centuries been a widely-read and influential book. Though written more than 2, years ago, it offers the modern reader many valuable insights into human needs and conduct.

    The Book of Nature is a religious and philosophical concept originating in the Latin Middle Ages which views nature as a book to be read for knowledge and understanding. There also was a book written by Conrad of Megenberg in the 14th century with the original German title of "Buch der Natur". Early theologians [who?] believed the Book of Nature was a source of God's revelation to mankind. 2. Nature. Morality determined by relation between human being and nature. 3. Individuality. Morality determined by relation the individual has to him or herself. 4. Society. Morality determined by relation between human being and society.       I was asked to answer this. I don't think there is an essential book on morality and ethics. I have to admit, that I started using studies ideas found on the internet over single books.
